Eldredge wines are produced from 100% Clare Valley fruit, our focus being to create affordable wines of premium high quality that reflect not only our character, but also that of the wonderfully unique Clare Valley.
TASTING NOTES
Our limited release Blue Chip Riesling – just like a Blue Chip commodity – is consistently good every year and is a rewarding investment! This polished Riesling exhibits a refined elegant palate with a length of flavour that is enhanced by a rewarding crisp, dry finish.
The fruit for this Riesling comes from a small select parcel on Eldredge Vineyards estate in Spring Gully, Clare which is located at around 500 metres above sea level. This wine can be enjoyed young and fresh, however it has the potential to cellar for 5 – 10 years or longer.
