Important Information Regarding Shipping

Shipping fees and charges will be added to your order at checkout once you have entered your delivery address.

To ensure prompt on time deliveries please provide a telephone number for the delivery address and instructions if no one is home.

Conditions of Ordering

Persons ordering alcoholic beverages must be over 18 years of age.

Delivery fees are at the case rates for orders will lower on a sliding scale. For example 1 case delivered to Victoria Country might incur a A$15.00 delivery charge, but then the next case will lower to $12.00. (this is an example only as all rates will differ depending on area being delivered to)

Any deliveries requiring redelivery, or redirection from an address provided by yourself to a new address provided by the recipient, will incur an additional charge.

All stock subject to availability and increases in government charges and wholesale prices.

All attempts will be made to ship items in original packaging. There may be instances where packaging can be damaged in transit. This includes products that Vinique have received from suppliers. Minor label and/or packaging scuff is impossible to avoid in every instance, therefore we request that customers have realistic expectations in this regard.
