TASTING NOTES
Handpicked grapes from an ancient Hallets Valley vineyard, just south of Village of Tanunda in the Barossa Valley. 10% whole bunches were naturally fermented with uncrushed whole berries, before being basket pressed into seasoned French oak hogsheads. It was bottled unfined and unfiltered after only 6 months in oak to retain freshness and juiciness and full vineyard integrity.
Our minimal intervention philosophy means the cherry, strawberry, and spice will captivate and delight. Best experienced with friends and food.
