Eldredge wines are produced from 100% Clare Valley fruit, our focus being to create affordable wines of premium high quality that reflect not only our character, but also that of the wonderfully unique Clare Valley.
TASTING NOTES
You are confronted by a big bowl of fruit upon first sniff! Well it's not really a confrontation, more of a caress. Some of the more classic Clare lime and talc traits are playing in the background. It is plump, generous and fruity with immediate generosity and accessibility. Acidity is relatively soft and the whole package possesses good balance.
This is a style that can be enjoyed young and fresh however with cellaring it becomes an indelible treasure!

This wine compliments all styles of cuisine especially spicy food, seafood and white meats.
