Colab and Bloom brings together growers and viticulturists, winemakers,
local entrepreneurs and creatives. We work together to create something
beautiful. Using this model, we support a variety of small businesses while
gaining the vision and skill to bring world-class varietals to the front; This
Tinta is a wild celebration of Tempranillo and Cabernet Sauvignon,
conceived in spain but born truly Australian. Our wines are honest, utterly
drinkable and in keeping with the Mediterranean-inspired Australian diet
and lifestyle: Grounded in nature.
Tasting Notes
Juicy, smooth and oh-so easy to drink, our Tinta blend smells of forest
violets, ripe cherry, cedar and vanilla. On the palate there are nuances
of dusty earth, rich red fruits, vanilla and sun-baked leather.
