Our lighter-bodied style of Riesling is produced from five clones in the central part of the block and is our driest wine on the list. A true showcase of the site's natural minerality, this wine is brilliantly translucent with light floral aromas and crisp apple and pear on the palate. Enjoy young or watch it develop over the next 10-15 years.
TASTING NOTES
Brilliant water like colour with a distinct glimmer of green running around the outskirts. Intense lime and citrus scents jump out of the glass followed by hints of orange rind, talc and chalky mineral notes. Zingy lime and citrus flavours show excellent concentration over a backdrop of chalky talc, wet steel and flinty mineral characters. Finishes dry with crunchy acidity and plenty of zip to the long aftertaste.
