Our Not Shy Rosé is a light, dry and elegant wine comprised of 100% Pinot Noir grapes. With crisp, fresh red berries on the nose and palate, this pale salmon-coloured wine reveals a smooth creaminess mid-palate to make for increased structure, while retaining a short and dry finish.
TASTING NOTES
An extremely light gold colour, initial flavours of rosewater with floral notes followed by hints of melon and musk. Beautifully balanced with fruit and acidity and a crisp dry finish.
