WINEMAKING
Grown on an organic vineyard in Barmera, these grapes thrive in the hot Riverland climate. Wine writer Max Allen describes Riverland Lagrein as a square peg in a round hole - growing so well have originated in the Italian Alps. Almost black with black tea aroma, dark fruits and spicy French oak, this mighty red is not for the faint-hearted.
