The Balladeer Range is a newly introduced range which highlights the Rutherglen Region reds with a distinctly Mediterranean twist. Displaying old world techniques in a modern facility allows us to make distinct wines with great flavour. Tones of deep plums, currents and chocolate. Ripe red berry fruits, firm tannins with great length.

WINE MAKING
Matured for 12 months in French Oak Hogsheads. Our extended growing season resulted in an excellent flavour development in these grapes. Traditional winemaking techniques of open ferments and hand plunge have created a wine of great flavour and texture.
FOOD PAIRING
The classic pairing with Cabernet Sauvignon is lamb, but for something a little different match our Cabernet Sauvignon with a big bowl of rich, dark, slow cooked rabbit, with wild rice.
