Lake Cooper Estate was established in the early 1990’s along the famed Cambrian soils of the Camelback Range in the central Victorian region of Heathcote. In 2016 a change of family ownership has transformed the site with a new multi-million dollar winery and significant vineyard investment. The focus is now on producing premium boutique hand-made wines with exemplary varietal and regional expression.

Dark plum with a magenta tint
NOSE
The nose is clean and fresh with pure hints of blueberries and red berry fruits.
PALATE
This full bodied red wine was made from 20 yr old estate vines. Beautiful rich palate with silky tannins, retrained oak nuances and a long finish. Cellaring potential of ten years.
FOOD PAIRING
Perfectly cooked rib eye or any big rich meaty dish, or alternatively, beautiful with dark chocolate and dried fruits.
