Eldredge wines are produced from 100% Clare Valley fruit, our focus being to create affordable wines of premium high quality that reflect not only our character, but also that of the wonderfully unique Clare Valley.
TASTING NOTES
60% Shiraz, 40% Cabernet. Aromas of camphor, blood plum & vanilla. The fruit glides along the palate with a little tart acidity pulling the ripe berries and dark orchard fruits into line. Complex and open knit. Cellar for up to 5 years.
This Shiraz Cabernet has been a consistent performer, always over delivering on flavour and drinkability.
