TASTING NOTES
Savoury, structured, brooding; all good words to describe the variety and this wine. There is an earthen note at its core with a foreboding tannin structure the builds and grows in stature alongside plum and bracken edged blackberry fruit. It’s lean and taut to finish, with very good length. You can see why this variety does so well in the Riverland.
COLOUR
Garnet red colour showing violet tints.
