TASTING NOTES
This a blend of 82% Nero d’Avola and 18% Negroamaro. It is simply slurp-a-licious. Beautifully savoury with rounded dark cherries, sweet earth, dried herbs and it’s umami-like appeal makes for immediate enjoyment. Bright acidity kicks through the middle of this while the charry meaty black plums & cherry spice gathers it all together in what is a perfectly balanced, soft, fleshy red. Perfect BBQ wine. A pure expression of these two varieties aged in older oak for a total of 18 months…relax, breathe, enjoy!
