Lake Cooper Estate was established in the early 1990’s along the famed Cambrian soils of the Camelback Range in the central Victorian region of Heathcote. In 2016 a change of family ownership has transformed the site with a new multi-million dollar winery and significant vineyard investment. The focus is now on producing premium boutique hand-made wines with exemplary varietal and regional expression.

COLOUR
Dark crimson black, hues of purple and rubyNOSE
It's a gentle, pretty wine with a delicate mix of florals, sweet red berries and plums with the French Oak brings the smoking, vanilin, musk and spice aroma.
PALATE
The palate is full bodied at best with supple, soft tannins - it just feels effortless. Matured for 24 moonths on French oak. Doubles with intensity and layered richness of Lake Cooper Vineyard Rhapsody Shiraz, the length prodigious. On the way through blackberry, black cherry, licorice and spice all complete for attention, tannins significant but balanced.
